Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the mobile applications (the "Service") operated by Jiroco Dev ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Description of Service

Jiroco Dev provides technical and educational tools, including but not limited to:

  • CCTV Calculator Pro

  • Interpolation Pro

These Services include calculation tools, networking utilities, and reporting features intended for professional and educational use.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including mathematical algorithms, UI design, and branding) are and will remain the exclusive property of Jiroco Dev and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Jiroco Dev.

3. User Accounts and Data

Our applications may use local storage (SQLite) to save your calculation history and reports.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

  • We do not have access to your local data.

  • You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your device while using our Services.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis or through one-time purchases.

  • All billing and transactions are processed by Google Play Billing.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Google Play Store.

  • Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled through your Google Play Account settings.

5. Limitation of Liability

Crucial Disclaimer for Engineering/Technical Tools: The calculations and results provided by our Services are for informational and educational purposes only. While we strive for precision, Jiroco Dev does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of any result. In no event shall Jiroco Dev, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

  • Loss of profits or data.

  • Technical failures in physical installations (CCTV, networking, or structures) resulting from the use of our calculations.

  • Personal injury or property damage. You agree to verify all results with professional standards before implementation.

6. "As Is" and "As Available" Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.

  • Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of the applications.

  • Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on our official website or within the application. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bolivia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Al acceder o utilizar el Servicio, aceptas estar sujeto a estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo con alguna parte de los términos, no podrás acceder al Servicio.

Estos Servicios incluyen herramientas de cálculo, utilidades de redes y funciones de reportes destinadas a uso profesional y educativo.

2. Propiedad Intelectual

El Servicio y su contenido original, características y funcionalidad (incluyendo algoritmos matemáticos, diseño de interfaz y marca) son y seguirán siendo propiedad exclusiva de Jiroco Dev y sus licenciantes. Nuestras marcas comerciales y la imagen comercial no pueden ser utilizadas en conexión con ningún producto o servicio sin el consentimiento previo por escrito de Jiroco Dev.

3. Cuentas de Usuario y Datos

Nuestras aplicaciones pueden usar almacenamiento local (SQLite) para guardar tu historial de cálculos y reportes.

  • Eres responsable de mantener la seguridad de tu dispositivo.

  • No tenemos acceso a tus datos locales.

  • Eres responsable de cualquier actividad que ocurra en tu dispositivo mientras usas nuestros Servicios.

4. Compras en la Aplicación y Suscripciones

Algunas partes del Servicio se facturan mediante suscripción o mediante compras únicas.

  • Toda la facturación y las transacciones son procesadas por Google Play Billing.

  • Aceptas proporcionar información de compra y de cuenta actual, completa y precisa para todas las compras realizadas a través de la Google Play Store.

  • Las suscripciones se renovarán automáticamente a menos que se cancelen a través de la configuración de tu cuenta de Google Play.

5. Limitación de Responsabilidad

Aviso Legal Crucial para Herramientas de Ingeniería/Técnicas: Los cálculos y resultados proporcionados por nuestros Servicios son solo para fines informativos y educativos. Aunque nos esforzamos por la precisión, Jiroco Dev no garantiza la exactitud absoluta de ningún resultado. En ningún caso Jiroco Dev, ni sus directores, empleados o socios, serán responsables de ningún daño indirecto, incidental, especial, consecuente o punitivo, incluyendo sin limitación:

  • Pérdida de beneficios o datos.

  • Fallos técnicos en instalaciones físicas (CCTV, redes o estructuras) resultantes del uso de nuestros cálculos.

  • Lesiones personales o daños a la propiedad. Aceptas verificar todos los resultados con estándares profesionales antes de su implementación.

6. Descargo de Responsabilidad "Tal Cual" y "Según Disponibilidad"

Tu uso del Servicio es bajo tu propio riesgo. El Servicio se proporciona "TAL CUAL" y "SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD". El Servicio se proporciona sin garantías de ningún tipo, ya sean expresas o implícitas, incluyendo, pero no limitándose a, garantías implícitas de comerciabilidad, idoneidad para un propósito particular o no infracción.

7. Usos Prohibidos

Aceptas no:

  • Usar el Servicio para cualquier propósito ilegal.

  • Intentar descompilar, realizar ingeniería inversa o extraer el código fuente de las aplicaciones.

  • Usar el Servicio de una manera que pueda dañar, deshabilitar o sobrecargar nuestra infraestructura.

8. Cambios

Nos reservamos el derecho, a nuestra sola discreción, de modificar o reemplazar estos Términos en cualquier momento. Avisaremos de cualquier cambio publicando los nuevos Términos en nuestro sitio web oficial o dentro de la aplicación. Lo que constituye un cambio material será determinado a nuestra sola discreción.

9. Ley Aplicable

Estos Términos se regirán e interpretarán de acuerdo con las leyes de Bolivia, sin tener en cuenta sus disposiciones sobre conflictos de leyes.
